What are your hours and what do I need to do to have a session?

Available Monday-Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. sessions offered are:

• 30 minutes
• 40 minutes
• a full hour

I have often heard that one hour is not enough time to relax so I would love to share a 2 hour relaxation relief session with you.
